Shipping & Returns

Our objective is to sell best quality products and earn your trust. We take complete care in shipping them carefully. If there is a damage with plants during shipping, please ensure to send us pics of the box to show the damage.

If the plants delivered are dead, please send us pics. Please note that the plants may look dull with shipping. Give them some time to recover.

If you don't like the quality of plants you received, We will provide you refund once you ship back the plants at your expense. 

“We can’t provide guarantee for the plants and their growth as it depends on how they are taken care. Our responsibility ends once the plants reach you in good shape. Yellowed or leaves are normal during shipping and so are broken branches. As long as the stem is not broken, the plant is good.”

We ship every Monday to avoid plants getting stuck in warehouse during weekend. We will increase the shipping frequency to twice a month (Monday and Tuesday). We are backordered with huge demand and we are bit slow on shipping. We are striving to improve the delivery speed for your convenience.
